• Service tax @2.58% and commercial tax of US$ 15 per person extra as applicable.
• 50% of the prevailing tariff will be charged for the children between 05-12 years of age.
• 10% of the prevailing cost will be charged for the children below 05 years.
• There will be a 10% surcharge levied on the tariff for the trips falling during Christmas (25th December) and New Year (1st January).
• The above cost and itinerary is subject to revise without prior notice.
• No Charter can be booked during Christmas and New Year period.
• Tariff is inclusive of cost of travel and accommodation, catering (morning tea, breakfast, lunch, evening tea and dinner), conducted sightseeing tours in deluxe coaches, entrance fee for monuments and palaces and cultural entertainment. Tariff does not include liquor, laundry, video cameras and other items of personal nature.
• Booking is as per first come first serve, since the seats are limited kindly book in advance.

a) In case of FITs ((Free Individual Travelers):-
* 50% of ticket value at the time of confirming the booking.
* Remaining 50% of ticket value 60 days prior to departure of the tour.

b) In case of Group and Charter:-
* 20% of ticket value at the time of confirming the booking.
* Remaining 80% of ticket value 60 days prior to departure of the tour.

a) In case of FITs:-
* 5% of ticket value 60 days or more prior to departure
* 20% of ticket value between 45 to 59 days prior to departure.
* 50% of ticket value between 30 to 44 days prior to departure.
* 100% of ticket value less than 30 days prior to departure.

b) In case of Group and Charter:-
* 5% of ticket value 89 days prior to departure
* 50% of ticket value between 88 to 31 days prior to departure
* 100% of ticket value between 30 days prior to departure.

No Show -If the guest does not show up for the tour, there will be no refund or adjustment in future journey under any circumstances. The entire amount shall be considered as forfeited.

En route termination of tour -If you need for termination of the tour arise, there shall be no refund of money or adjustment for future luxury trips in any case. The entire amount shall be considered as forfeited.

Amendment -
Any kind of amendment or adjustment to the rules is only allowed under emergency situations like natural disaster or calamity or serious health issues which need to be certified by a doctor. Refunds are not allowed generally, but each case will be treated individually and weighed on the present circumstances.
